About The Event
On this course you will learn how to create flower sprays of a variety of species of plants and foliage, from the simplest fantasy flower to the more realistic Rose. The flowers will be good enough to adorn any celebratory cakes. Week by week you will develop your creative sugar floristry skills. You will create sprays and bouquets which will leave your friends wondering how you achieved it.
