About The Event
You will be astounded at the piping skills that you will learn along the way. Wewill show you how to pipeand coate cakes and you will learn the uses of various nozzles and recreate a selection of flowers and leaves and birds in buttercream and royal icing and you will learn how to create light and fluffy icing. You will also learn how to write and create clean lines and contemporary styles.
