About The Event
On this course you will learn how to make and use buttercream and decorate your cupcakes to a professional standard . You will make your own buttercream and develop the piping skills required to make breathtaking cupcakes, you will also work with sugarpaste (fondant). You will incorporate piping skills, discover the different types of nozzles required, colour and pipe Roses, flowers & create toppers. You will be watching demonstrations by the tutor and practice what you have observed & have the opportunity to add your own style. Urban Cake Republic will supply the equipment. The completed cakes will be yours to take home.
