About The Event
This course is designed for learners who are looking for the next stage of cake decorating and need to be challenged.
The course comprises a combination of both traditional and contemporary designs. Subjects to be covered include:
- Quilling
- Covering and quilting a square cake
- Ribbon insertion technique
- Whimsical Roses
- Brush embroidery (royal icing)
Other techniques will also be taught during the course of lessons.
