About The Event
Suitable for all baking abilities this course covers baking bread, cakes and cupcakes using standard home kitchen equipment. During class a teacher led demonstration will be offered of all recipes where students will then be required to then reproduce the process while the teacher assists and answers questions where required. As baking is a sequential process demonstrations will be shown in stages allowing students to keep up and bake at a similar time. During the bake /proving or cooling times, small "pop" quizzes will be held to further teach hints and minimise wasted times.
You learn how to bake a variety of cakes and breads such as:
